From the Town Manager’s Desk:

Dear Colonial Beach Community,

As we welcome the new year, it brings different meanings for each of us. For some, it’s a moment to reflect on the past; for others, it’s a chance to plan, celebrate, or embrace change. For Colonial Beach, the new year is an opportunity to look ahead with optimism and determination.

Over the past several months, we’ve been laying the groundwork for 2025, and we’re thrilled to continue working with our community to make Colonial Beach a place where neighbors become friends and Town pride shines brightly.

Here in Colonial Beach, our Town Hall Administration, Department of Public Works, and Police Department are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our community. We encourage your input and invite you to actively participate in town activities, public meetings, and local events, as your involvement helps shape our shared future.

Winter also reminds us to stay mindful of seasonal preparations and care. Check your pipes and hoses to ensure they’re winter-ready, enjoy peaceful walks on the beach with warm layers, and remember to bring pets into warm spaces. Let’s also look out for our more vulnerable neighbors by checking in on those who may need assistance.

Together, we’ll make this new year a wonderful chapter in the story of our beautiful town.

Warmly,

Natasha Tucker, MBA/JD
