Planning Commission

The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Town Council concerning land use policies based on the Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission recommends amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and Capital Improvement Program. Additionally, the Planning Commission reviews rezonings and conditional use permits.
