Mission Statement

The Colonial Beach Department of Planning and Community Development has the responsibility of guiding and facilitating the Town’s long and short-term development. This includes working with all stakeholders to develop the long-term comprehensive plan by making recommendations to efficiently and effectively guide future development for the benefit of present and future residents of the Town.
